Benefits and Rewards: We offer a wide variety of employee benefits and rewards, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), life insurance coverage, short- and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and other employee services.
We invest in our employees and will continue to provide and support generous programs that address the financial and social needs of the employees.
Medical, Dental Plans: We offer three types of medical Point of Service (POS) plans, one of which is combined with a Health Savings Account (HSA). We also offer a flexible Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO/PPO) Preferred Provider Organization Plan. All full-time employees and their eligible dependents may enroll in any one of the plans.
Life and Disability: We offer basic life insurance free of cost to eligible employees, including accidental death and dismemberment insurance programs. The life insurance program includes a death benefit equal to the amount of your annual salary, to a maximum of $50,000. The company also provides a long-term disability coverage option.
401(k): Our 401(k) savings plan offers employees a generous 50% match on the employees first 6% of salary contribution.
Educational Assistance: The Company offers two types of educational assistance programs: continuing education credits to obtain or maintain licenses, and general education courses through an accredited college or university.

Paid Time Off Program (PTO): Employees are provided with a bank of paid days off to use as they wish (e.g. vacation, short illness, errands, family responsibilities, volunteering).
Company-paid Holidays: The Company observes a number of holidays annually. Employees who wish to observe other holidays may do so by using their PTO days.
Bereavement Benefit: In the unfortunate event of a family death, the Company pays for and grants up to 3 days off to make arrangements, attend the funeral, and/or travel.
Jury Duty: The Company pays for up to 5 days off from work to support participation in important civic responsibilities.
Other Benefits: The Company provides other benefits as required by law in order to provide a safety net in case of a work-related injury, illness, or disability.
