This email service is directed to senior management, whose members will respond immediately upon the commencement of normal working hours. Please note that this email system is for service inquiries only, including requests for policy information or changes and notification of non-emergency claims. No email can affirmatively or negatively amend, extend, or alter current coverages.

Communications:

In the event that our community or offices are compromised by severe weather or a catastrophic event, our 24-Hour Emergency Claims & Service Line, located outside our service area, will be monitored by the professional staff of Setnor Byer Insurance & Risk, each of whom is equipped with a Satellite Communications system.

Facilities:

To ensure continuous service to our clients during a catastrophic event, Setnor Byer Insurance & Risk opened its Orlando branch in Baldwin Park in 2006. The facility is staffed with experienced Setnor Byer Insurance Professionals and has internet access, along with a satellite communications system. Our team of Insurance Professionals will respond to all calls made to our emergency 800 number. In the event that our Plantation operations are suspended or in any way compromised, we will be able to maintain full operations at our Orlando location.
