Eric Thompson is a member of the counseling team of the Broward chapter of SCORE, a national nonprofit association of experienced business mentors dedicated to promoting entrepreneurship and small business success. Specializing in strategic business planning, general management, and international business, Mr. Thompson recently spoke on “Building Dynamic Business Plans.” Among the topics discussed were:
