Many organizations relying on the services of volunteers assume that the protections afforded by the VPA extend to the organization itself. Unfortunately, this assumption is incorrect, and the consequences of this misunderstanding can be severe.More... by Angel Cicerone, New Business Development Strategist9/13/2011Getting involved in charitable and community organizations as a new business development strategy is hardly a new notion.
